Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut salmon into serving portions.
- Trim asparagus ends, cut broccolini and asparagus into even pieces. Slice lemon.
- Mix the olive oil, thyme, oregano and vegetables in a bowl, and transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish.
- Drizzle a couple of tablespoons of water over the vegetables and place the salmon pieces on top.
- Sprinkle flaked almonds, salt and pepper over the salmon, and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Check if salmon is done by gently pressing; if it flakes, it's ready.
