Grilled Norwegian Salmon Fillet with Caribbean Spices

Grilled Norwegian salmon with Caribbean spices is an exotic recipe that quickly can become a favorite. Serve it with a mango salad on the side.

  • Heat the grill.
  • Scrape the salmon skin free from scales, rinse and dry the fillet.
  • Finely chop garlic and crush the crispy onion with a spoon.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the spice mix.
  • Make small cuts in the meat and rub in the spice mix.
  • Grill salmon with skin side down on the grill for about 15 minutes.
  • You can also place the salmon on a sheet of grill foil and fold the foil around the fish if you want.

Mango salad

  • Cut mango in small dices and finely chop chili.
  • Pick leaves of the cilantro and mix with the other ingredients for the salad.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the salmon with mango salad on the side.
