Norwegian Salmon Caesar Salad

Simple sautéed Norwegian Salmon, lightly seasoned with garlic salt and served over a traditional Caesar salad.

  • Season the salmon with garlic salt and lemon pepper.
  • Cut the lemon into 4 wedges.
  • Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil to coat the bottom.
  • Place salmon in the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes until browned and crisp, then turn over.
  • Cook another 4-6 minutes to desired temperature.
  • Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces, place in a large bowl.
  • Add croutons, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese to the bowl, toss well.
  • Divide salad among plates, cut each fillet in half and place on salad, garnish with lemon.
