Norwegian Salmon Sliders with Tzatziki

A delicious slider made with Norwegian salmon! Healthy, easy and perfect for family gatherings. Why not try to serve it for Superbowl? We're sure it'll be a touch down.

  • Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
  • Cut the salmon into smaller chunks and mix in a food processor. Add curry, salt, flour and finely chopped chili and parsley.
  • Stir in egg and dilute with milk. Make a small test burger and fry it to see if the seasoning is how you like it.
  • Make small burgers with a spoon and fry golden in a frying pan for 2 min on each side
  • Make the tzatziki by peeling and grating the cucumber. Place it in a sieve, sprinkle with salt and let drain for approx. 1 hour.
  • Grate garlic and mix with cucumber and yoghurt. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the salmon sliders with tzatziki on your favorite mini burger buns with lettuce and tomato slices.
