Norwegian Salmon with Olives, Garlic and Lemon

Baked Norwegian salmon can be varied in so many ways, and in this recipe it's baked with olives, garlic and lemon. We suggest serving with potatoes.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Place salmon in an oven-proof dish, season with salt and pepper.
  • Chop olives and garlic, mix with lemon juice in a bowl, then spread over salmon. Top with drizzled olive oil.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Serve with potatoes or salad.
