Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place salmon in an oven-proof dish, season with salt and pepper.
- Chop olives and garlic, mix with lemon juice in a bowl, then spread over salmon. Top with drizzled olive oil.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes. Serve with potatoes or salad.
