Preparation
- Wash the salmon fillet, pat dry and cut into four equal-sized pieces.
- Finely chop rosemary leaves and garlic.
- Halve the chili pepper lengthways, remove the seeds and finely chop.
- Wrap two slices of pancetta ham around each salmon fillet, fixing in place with a skewer.
- Barbecue fillets on a grill or grill pan on both sides for 6 minutes.
