Spicy salad with Norwegian salmon

  • Cut the salmon into bite sized pieces.
  • Heat a pan with a little oil and sear the salmon until cooked.
  • Make salad dressing by mixing fish sauce, sugar and lime juice together. Add salmon, roasted rice, cayenne pepper, sliced red onion, sliced chives and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  • Serve on a plate with lettuce, mint leaves and fried dried chili.
