Cook noodles as instructed on the package.
Cut salmon in 3 cm pieces.
Cut paprika and sugar peas.
Fry the salmon in oil for 1-2 minutes on each side until they get a pale pink color.
Remove the salmon from the pan and put aside.
Fry the vegetables on high heat.
Juice the lime.
Add limejuice, boiled noodles, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce to the vegetables.
Heat the sauce.
Add the salmon and let them get warm in the sauce.
Serve the wok with coriander over.
