Norwegian snow crab rolls

  • For this recipe, use steamed or frozen clusters. Make sure the crab is thawed before cooking. 
  • Pick all the meat out of the snow crab clusters, shred it with your hands and set aside.
  • Finely chop scallion and celery, mix with mayonnaise, lemon juice and season to taste with chili sauce, salt and pepper. 
  • Mix the shredded crab with prepared mayonnaise.
  • Brush the brioche hot dog buns with melted butter and heat them in the oven or on a grill.
  • Fill the buns with lettuce, the snow crab mix and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
