Norwegian Salmon with Lemon, Dill and Butter

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
  • Place the salmon in an oiled oven-proof dish with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the lemon into slices, finely chop the dill and dice the butter.
  • Cover the salmon with lemon, dill and butter and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
  • Serve with potatoes on the side.
